We do not interfere with any record label nor with any of your past or future releases. Record labels release the master side of your track. The publishing is assigned to you, the producer. We register your compositions in 75+ Collective Management Societies and PRO´s around the world, receiving thousands of micro-payments from different sources and showcasing them trough our platform in a transparent and efficient way.

The simple answer is no. We only take a small % of the publishing royalties that we collect for you. Any other royalties you receive such as Beatport sales or Spotify streams come to you trough your label, and that is 100% yours. In case you are wondering, we never ever ever take any comission from your gigs. There are no upfront costs but we currently work with a selected roster of artists. Let´s put it this way, we are like a manager working with your music rights only. Nothing else.

You are free to sign with any labels, create you own label and use any aggregator if you prefer to stay independent. We offer dedicated customer service via whatsapp for our clients, providing advice if you ever have questions regarding any contract or deal, it is always better to ask than to regret for a lifetime. We are here to help you navigate the complex world of music publishing.

Everything works better if you use an example, so here we go..

Imagine that one of your tracks is played on the Australian radio. Somehow one of the biggest DJs there has heard it on Spotify and is now playing it every week on his national-wide radio show, people start enjoying it too and before you even realize the track is getting traction and other radios are starting to play it as well.

In this case we would have already registered your track in the Australasia territory, with AMPRA/AMCOS to be precise therefore they will see your track and the usage, and when they look for it on their database will say, ¨oh this is made by David Gutta and published by Good Life, I will send this royalties to them on the next payday!¨    This would be the case for Australia, now imagine if your tracks are being played in different countries… no brainer for someone to do it alone. Not impossible though, not trying to underestimate the human race but for sure it will be time consuming and a very long process.

Have in mind this is the way it should be done but some societies are better organized than others so some countries distribute royalties faster than others. The main rule for us is: if the music is registered correctly and there are royalties being generated, they will end up finding our way sooner or later, that is for sure.
